  Counselling

A free confidential counselling service for young people between 11 and 25 years

Sometimes... we all need someone to talk to

Sometimes it’s difficult to talk to parents, friends or teachers about things that are making us anxious. A counsellor is someone who you can talk to in a different way, someone who will listen to you very carefully, who will not judge you or tell you what to do.

Counselling is about helping you to work things out for yourself, making decisions and choices and helping you to look at things differently. It can help you to feel better about yourself.

Counselling can either take place at school during normal school hours or at one of our centre bases located throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff

The referral process is easy, if you would like to refer yourself or someone else you can contact the Eye to Eye Counsellor directly or speak with your Head of Year, Form Teacher, Key Worker, Learning Coach or School Nurse.

Alternatively, you can call our office (01443) 204551 or 202940
